What is the full anneal？

A full anneal typically results in the second most ductile state a metal can assume for metal alloy. Its purpose is to originate a uniform and stable microstructure that most closely resembles the metal's phase diagram equilibrium microstructure, thus letting the metal attain relatively low levels of hardness, yield strength and ultimate strength with high plasticity and toughness. To perform a full anneal on a steel for example, steel is heated to slightly above the austenitic temperature and held for sufficient time to allow the material to fully form austenite or austenite-cementite grain structure. The material is then allowed to cool very slowly so that the equilibrium microstructure is obtained. In most cases this means the material is allowed to furnace cool (the furnace is turned off and the steel is let cool down inside) but in some cases it's air cooled. The cooling rate of the steel has to be

sufficiently slow so as to not let the austenite transform into bainite or martensite, but rather have it completely transform to pearlite and ferrite or cementite. This means that steels that are very hardenable (i.e. tend to form martensite under moderately low cooling rates) have to be furnace cooled. The details of the process depend on the type of metal and the precise alloy involved. In any case the result is a more ductile material but a lower yield strength and a lower tensile strength. This process is also called LP annealing for lamellar pearlite in the steel industry as opposed to a process anneal, which does not specify a microstructure and only has the goal of softening the material. Often the material to be machined is annealed, and then subject to further heat treatment to achieve the final desired properties.

Seko Machinery’s early meeting

On the morning of February 20, Guangdong Shunde Seko Machinery&Technology Co.Ltd held the first big early in the New Year. All the employees of the company took part in the early meeting.

We first sang a song, “Unity is strength, Unity is strength ,which is a hard, this power is steel, stronger than hard than steel or iron……” Unity and cooperation of higher prices unity is strength, in every respect, need to unite. General manager also handed out wedding gift money for them. The most funny is the punishment of the game, the host asked lost partner to dance in the game, them can't dance, everyone’s action is very funny.

The installation of the pipe

Pipe installation is often more expensive than the material and a variety of specialized tools, techniques, and parts have been developed to assist this. Pipe is usually delivered to a customer or jobsite as either "sticks" or lengths of pipe (typically 20 feet, called single random length) or they are prefabricated with elbows, tees and valves into a prefabricated pipe spool [A pipe spool is a piece of pre-assembled pipe and fittings, usually prepared in a shop so that installation on the construction site can be more efficient.]. Typically, pipe smaller than 2.0 inch are not pre-fabricated. The pipe spools are usually tagged with a bar code and the ends are capped (plastic) for protection. The pipe and pipe spools are delivered to a warehouse on a large commercial/industrial job and they may be held indoors or in a gridded laydown yard. The pipe or pipe spool is retrieved, staged, rigged, and then lifted into place. On large process jobs the lift is made using cranes and hoist and other material lifts. They are typically temporarily supported in the steel structure using beam clamps, straps, and small hoists until the Pipe Supports are attached or otherwise secured.

An example of a tool used for installation for a small plumbing pipe (threaded ends) is the pipe wrench. Small pipe is typically not heavy and can be lifted into place by the installation craft laborer. However, during a plant outage or shutdown, the small (small bore) pipe may also be pre-fabricated to expedite installation during the outage. After the pipe is installed it will be tested for leaks. Before testing it may need to be cleaned by blowing air or steam or flushing with a liquid.

Foreign direct investment in China up 6.4 percent in 2015

Foreign direct investment (FDI) in China in the January-July period of the last year totaled $76.63 billion, up 7.9 percent year on year, with a total of 14,409 new companies set up by foreign investment in China, up 8.8 percent year on year, as announced by China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) on August 19. In the January-July period of last year, $23.84 billion of FDI went into China’s manufacturing industry, down 5.4 percent year on year, accounting for 31.1 percent of the total FDI figure, while $47.5 billion went into the country’s services industry, up 19.6 percent year on year, accounting for 62 percent of the total.

FDI in China in 2015 totaled $126.27 billion, up 6.4 percent year on year, with a total of 26,575 new companies set up by foreign investment in China, rising by 11.8 percent year on year, as announced by China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC). In 2015, $39.54 billion of foreign direct investment (FDI) went into China’s manufacturing industry, remaining basically stable year on year, accounting for 31.4 percent of the total FDI figure, while $77.18 billion of FDI went into the country’s services industry, rising by 17.3 percent year on year, accounting for 61.1 percent of the total.

Chinese industrial enterprises’ gross profit down 1.9% in Jan-Nov

In the January-November period of the last year, the aggregate gross profit of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China amounted to RMB 5.53868 trillion ($855.26 billion), decreasing by 1.9 percent year on year, according to data released by China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on December 27. Of the 41 major industrial sectors in China, in the January-November period this year 29 sectors registered year-on-year increases in gross profit, while 11 sectors witnessed year-on-year decreases in gross profit. In the January-November period last year, the aggregate gross profit of the ferrous metal mining industry in China was RMB 40.70 billion ($6.29 billion), decreasing by 42.4 percent year on year. Meanwhile, the aggregate gross profit of the ferrous metal smelting and processing industry in China was RMB 41.78 billion ($6.46 billion) in the given period, declining by 68 percent year on year. The aggregate gross profit of the metal product manufacturing sector in China in the January-November period was RMB 178.28 billion ($27.55 billion), increasing by 6.5 percent year on year. In addition, in the given period, the total gross profit of China’s automobile manufacturing sector amounted to RMB 529.57 billion ($81.85 billion), indicating a year-on-year increase of 0.6 percent, while the total gross profit of the country’s railway, ship, aerospace and transportation machinery and equipment manufacturing sector increased by 4.2 percent year on year to RMB 85.06 billion ($13.15 billion).
