How to identify the quality of the stainless steel pipe?

Stainless steel pipe can be used to decoration,fluid and power delivery,heat exchange,manufacture machinery parts and vessel and so on.As it is an economical and environmental material,it is applied widely.However,there are a lot of inferior pipes in the market.So it's necessary to know how to identify the quality of the stainless steel pipes when purchasing.As an expert in this field,Seko Machinery put forward of some methods to help customers to indentify the quality of the pipes.
Some problems are caused by the poor tube mills.For purchasing personal profit,many manufacturers use the low-end stainless steel tube mills to produce tubes as they think this can help them to reduce the cost.However,it will increase the cost rather than reducing the cost as it will consume a lot of electricity,water ad any other resource.What’s worse,it may lead to the defects of the pipes.Comparing these inferior pipes with those of our customers’,we can find the following problems.
1.These inferior pipes are easy to fold.The manufacturers single-mindedly and blindly run after high speed and regardless of the quality，it will lead to the pipe fold,which in turn reduce the pipe’s strength.
2. Surface of these inferior pipes is not smooth enough,even has scar and scratch.As the low-end machines are likely to detain the steel strips and produce burr,these will lead to scar or scratch on the surface of the pipe.Although time is very short,it will effect the smoothness,even the strength of the pipes.
3. Surface of the inferior pipe is not bright enough.The low-end machines aren’t strict on the temperature.For example,temperature of annealing is very important to the brightness of the pipe.If it is not controlled well,it is easy to effect the brightness of the pipe surface.Seko’s bright annealing machine adopted the advanced infrared thermometer to control the temperature accurately.And this annealing machine can protect the pipes and itself automatically.
