Staff Training of Seko

In August,for helping the new employees to know more about the product of Seko and improving the old employees' ability of presentation,Seko held the activity to call upon all the staffs to learn more about the machine,including the structure of the machine,the operation of the machine,the installation of the machine and the troubleshooting ability.And the teachers that responsible for technology training are our senior engineers.They not only make presentations for us,but also train us to operate the machine,anaylise the working principle and the design,the knowledge of high-quality welded pipe and this field.Now we had mastered the knowledge about the stainless steel tube mill,the weld bead rolling machine,bead removing machne,the bright annealing machine and so on.
This activity helped us to communicate with customers well and have a good master of customers' need.It benefit both customers and us.Each one of us had passed the employee evaluation eventually.
